Would you please email and let me know if your child already has an Ipod… and the experience level they are currently at with an Ipod. (never used one before, sometimes uses a family member’s Ipod, has an Ipod (please let me know which kind of Ipod and what its used for). If your child does have an Ipod to use at home, please consider adding these apps.
I want to begin using the Ipods on Monday…. we will practice all of these apps and then write reviews (which perfectly fits in with our persuasive writing unit)…. deciding which apps are the most valuable. If you are able, will you please have your child bring in a pair of cheap ear buds to keep at school(I heard you can get a pair at Keegstras for $1… but did not call and confirm that information)? There are several apps that your child will benefit more from if they have ear buds. If you can, will you also figure out a way to put your child’s name on the ear buds? Also, if you have extra skins (or the protective cases) for the Ipod, sitting in a drawer, will you please consider donating them to my classroom?
